locks up in Vista

Recommended Posts

I have two computers that have Vista on them. I installed SAS on both. Ever since and for no reason, the vista time cursor starts up and you cannot access any program. This can happen right away or after an hour on the computer. The cursor still moves around the screen. Both of these computers were ok before SAS is installed.

Are you running the latest version of SAS which is V4.33.1000? If not, I recommend:

1. Go to the link below and download the special uninstaller for SAS. Save it on your desktop.

2. Close down SAS

3. Run the special uninstaller. It will ask you to reboot your computer. Let it reboot.

4. Download and install the latest version 4.33.1000
