Active UAC blocks Pgm Update on Win 7 32-bit & Vista x64

This pretains to both Windows 7 RC 7100 32-bit and Vista SP2 x64 Business.

IF UAC is turned on, SSUpdate.exe cannot properly detect type of USER Account and will not automatically update the program version. An info message stating that the update function must be done via an Administrator account is issued and the update proceeds no further. Both of my computers use only a Administrative User Account.

On my Win 7 system, I turned off UAC, rebooted and then SAS was able to convert from 4.28.1008 to 4.28.1010. I suspect that this is a long term bug within SSUpdate.exe.
