What's running on your computer

Recommended Posts

I click on: Find out what's running on your computer!

But nothing shows up then :?

Any thoughts?

TIA,

Gerard

We have not had any problem reports - is your firewall blocking access from our plugin?

This is also the first time I get this, it's not the firewall. Everything looks normal.

Have you tried rebooting and running it again? I just tested here on 5 systems with no issues.

Just tried as a result of the thread. Same thing, also using Firefox 2.0. The first time through, the plug in was installed, but after that, no applications detected. I am also using KIS but nothing in the logs indicates anything being blocked.

Does it work with Internet Explorer?

Yep it works in IE after I installed an ActiveX (sab**)

It's likley there are some differences in the Firefox 2.0 and the way it handles the plugins. We will have to look into that.
