Ant Posted August 12, 2009 Hello I have slow PCs (low-end Pentium 4 with updated Windows XP Pro. SP2 and 2000 SP4) and noticed SAS (Free Edition) can take a minute or two to load/apply the new definitions after they are downloaded. I also noticed the memory usage can go high over 120 MB! Will SAS be improving this to make it faster and lighter in the future? Thank you in advance.
nighthawkext Posted August 12, 2009 Yes. We are currently testing changes that allow the definitions to load in a fraction of the time that they currently do. The improvement will be released after thorough testing. Thanks SUPERAntiSpyware Support Team
