sslaii Posted July 30, 2009 I just purchased a registration key, so I assume my "free edition" is now "professional edition" after entering the key. I tried to schedule a scan, but under scan type, it only allows "quick scan". Can I not schedule a complete scan? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
siliconman01 Posted July 30, 2009 You have uncovered a "display" bug in SAS PRO V4.27.1000. In the scheduling window, click on the scroll arrow next to "Quick Scan". The messed up scroll arrow will appear below. Click on the center of this messed up scroll box. Complete Scan and then Custom Scan should then appear for you to select. siliconman01 Posted July 31, 2009 Steve, Look at the picture in my post above. You need to click in the scroll box as pointed to with the red arrow in my picture. It may take a few times of pointing/clicking with your mouse to hit the active spot in the messed up scroll box that will cause the Complete Scan option to appear.
