SAS does not remove my infected files. why?

I run SAS it brings up infected files in registry it removes them so it says.. but my browser still takes me to different sites than what i selected in a link. i have tried going directly to the registry and deleting the files but it wont allow me the files are Uacd.sys, TDSSSERV.sys and others. when I try to access or delete these "infected" files from registry a little window pops up saying, Error Opening Key: TDSSSERV.sys cannot be opnend. an error is preventing this key from being opened. Can anyone please help?
