false positive?

my downstairs computer keeps detecting 21 adware F1.organizer and i remove and reboot and they are back, is this a false positive or am i at risk because its a threat category 10. i cant upload it to virus total because its like registry keys n stuff

also i trust you on that they are safe and only traces, but why wont they remove? i have used gmer for rootkit check and only found macafee and microsoft products on there so i presume its not a rootkit problem, is there a part that is restoring them that sas isnt finding?

also i tried editing permissions and it said you cannot view the permissions but can change them, but both my accounts are administrators so how can this be? is this an actual problem or are they ok just sitting there?
