New user problems

Hi all

Newish computer user was looking for some antispyware,tried your free home use quaretined 3objects and the computer would not kick up again,got it in safe mode and put objects back on and everything ok now ,but deleted all records of what i had Quaretined ,guess I was a releived to get the computer working again ,wonder if you can give me a few tips on using it saftley .

Can you retrieve the scan logs to verify what 3 items were pulled or have the logs been deleted ?

Thanks for the information - if you can post your scan log here so we can see what was removed, I would like to find out what might have been causing the problem.

All of those items are spyware/malware - removing them should cause no problems.

Scared to push the button again...............

It should be fine. If you have problems, you can boot to Safe Mode and restore again as you did before. Those 3 items should not cause the system not to boot properly.
