Running SAS in safe mode more effective

Recommended Posts

If you suspect a significant infection(s) or if you encounter an infection that cannot be removed while running in Normal Mode, then booting into Safe Mode is a good maneuver. Having to scan in Safe Mode is most likely a rare requirement.

Of course, if you are in the business of repairing a computer, then running scans in SAFE MODE could just be SOP because the computer is not being used for anything else.
