jiegk.dll

Recommended Posts

I use win xp Pro. My AVG antivirus home edition has detected a threat-trojan- by name jiegk.dll which remains hidden in windows\system\32 directory. It can't elete it. The trojan can't be made visible through 'folder options'. My superantispyware isn't even detecting it. What's this dll for?

Are you able to access/view the file while booted into 'Safe Mode' (hit F8 when starting up to access Safe Mode)? Is the file "jiegk.dll" or "jigk.dll"?
