Windows 7

Recommended Posts

It has been stated by the SAS crew that SAS will be ready for Windows 7 when it is released officially. You are getting the BSOD's because the SAS drivers are not yet compatible with Windows 7.

Good news indeed that SAS will be Windows 7 ready.

I tried installing SAS but it would not install properly, however, no worries.

I was installing all my programs to find out what would not install.

Only 2, SAS & Outpost firewall.

Thanks SAS.

It appears that it works with the 64-bit version of Windows 7, but has issues with the 32-bit version of Windows 7. At least that's my experience...

That's because the SAS drivers do not install on system startup on x64, so they cannot cause BSODs.
