waterblade01 Posted February 25, 2009 I need help on taking out a trojan. There was a system message that said " Self-restoring Trojan virus that can lead to total crash has been detected on your PC". I did a quick scan and restarted my computer but it was still there. I did a full scan and it still didn't work.
siliconman01 Posted February 25, 2009 Boot your computer into SAFE MODE and run a Complete scan of your system. Let it quarantine what it finds. Then reboot into Normal Mode and do a complete scan again. You are infected with AntiVirus 2009 which is rogue/dangerous malware. SAS should remove all of it unless there is some new variant now being sent out.
