dreherd Posted February 20, 2009 This is a question I have wondered about for a while. I have had a registered copy of SuperAntiSpyware installed for several years. I have it running in the background all the time. Every few months as I scan, it catches something. Why didn't it stop the something before the scan? Thanks for helping! siliconman01 Posted February 20, 2009 Please post your scan log showing the 2 trojans that it caught. If these are tracking cookies, SAS PRO realtime does not block tracking cookies because of the low risk and high overhead to block these via realtime. The scanner picks them up however. dreherd Posted February 21, 2009 I am sorry, but I asked the program to remove them. They were called trojans, and I did not write down the name. I used to catch doubleclick.com and such things with SuperAntiSpyware, but don't any more since I installed Hostsman and set up a hosts file. The next time (if there is a next time, hopefully not) I will send the file(s) to you. Thanks for a really helpful program. It makes my computer a lot safer.
