arsenicY Posted February 13, 2009 I've used the scanner before and love it--however, this time around when I run it, it runs fine and turns up tons of viruses--but when I attempt to quarantine them, the computer crashes and shows me a blue type screen. This also happens in Safe mode. I've run the scanners ComboFix, Smitfraudfix, Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and they all work, but haven't managed to get rid of whatever is preventing SuperAntiSpyware from quarantining the viruses--it's starting to get irritating, because I have pop-ups appearing frequently and unstoppably. Are there any more scanners that will detect the same viruses that SuperantiSpyware does, or is there anything I can do to prevent the computer from crashing? What version (numeric) are you scanning with?
