Jo-Anne Posted January 2, 2009 Since yesterday, whenever I turn on my computer (WinXP SP3), I get the notification that there's an update. But when I click that it's OK to update now, I'm told there's nothing to be updated. I don't have the new version, so I'm guessing that's what I'm being informed about--so why isn't it being downloaded? Thanks much! Jo-Anne Addenda: Today (January 4), when I received the latest notice of an update on my old computer, it actually downloaded. However, on my new computer, I stopped receiving notices of updates even though the version shown is the old one. I manually downloaded and tried to install the update but was told it was already installed. The version is 4.23.1006, however, so although the installation programs thinks I have the new version, I don't.
