Huey Posted January 2, 2009 I am having trouble with this version, the programme dose a definition update but stops and puts up an error report then asks if I want to restart SAS when I say yes it then starts checking for updates again with the same results. I am using Vista Business Edition. Any comments please?
Pandato Posted January 2, 2009 May want to try to uninstall and reinstall. Are you running as an administrator? Assume that your firewall is not blocking SAS.

Huey Posted January 5, 2009 The original problem has returned, after putting a new rule in my firewall programme which worked for 3 days, I now get a "send report" and a close or start box for SAS every time it tries to update. Again any suggestions please?
