gparks Posted December 13, 2008 I used Superantispyware because my browser was being redirected. SAS detected malware and removed it, however as a result the desktop/start menu/taskbar no longer appear at start-up. My browser won't let me access the SAS website anymore. I tried again to run SAS from Windows Task Manager/New Task Run and I get the application error window. I uninstalled and reinstalled, following the instructions on the website and running MS Windows Installer Cleanup, but I still can't run SAS. I also ran runsas.exe but when it tries to connect to your website it fails. Any suggestions? Thanks.
gparks Posted December 13, 2008 http://www.myantispyware.com/2008/11/05 ... ent-191009 Turns out it's TDSSserv. I removed it following the instructions above.
