computer crashes when running antispy

My computer has 3 hard drives on it. C;D;e;

C and E are mainly just storage drives for data. when i scan these there is no problem. however when i scan the d drive, the drive that contains my programmes, the computer crashes after about 10 minutes.

Any advice please?

ps i should add my computer in all other aspects runs fine.its just when i run anti spy on d:>

What version of our software are you running?

i am running a new version version i only loaded it last week it runs on windows xp (SP2)..I dont see any advatages to SP3.

where do i find the version number?
