Seth Posted September 28, 2008 You're welcome Cindy. Whenever I install SAS Pro, I put the key on the invoice and inform my customer about the license transfer and when to use it. That doesn't seem to help though, as I'm finding they'll eventually buy a new computer and call me. lol I've been installing SAS Pro on customer's computers beginning about two years ago. The issue I'm facing now is calls with dead hard drives and the customer wanting SAS back on their newly purchased computer. It's becoming tedious to have to walk them through installing SAS, setting up the scheduled scan, and changing some of the options. After that, I have to send a support request to SAS to reset the key, then walk the customer through the activation. What I'm going to be doing, is automating that whole process by typing out instructions for all of the above steps and then emailing it to them
