not receiving E-mail

I purchased the pro version online & now i am not receiving the E-mail with the activation code. any help?

I believe you have already submitted a CSR ticket. If so please do not double post as it doubles our effort to track items. :) In the event you have not, check your spam folder first and if you received your registration code, right click on the yellow and brown bug on the task bar select register and follow directions of the wizard.
