Checking SAS database

Recommended Posts

I wonder if someone could tel me how to check SAS database?

Because I always recommend using SAS to other forum members and it would help if I new if there trojan/etc was in the database,

The Trojan I want to remove using SAS is,

WIN32:LEGACY AND IT SAYS THE FILE IS A0063943.EXE A TROJAN HORSE

I have not got this Trojan it is another forum member {vnunet}

Any advise would be appreciated

Sorry just found your database,

Is it possible to search for the above Trojan

fletch

Searching the database is not really the way to see if we (or any vendor) removes something, as each one names things differently.

A0063943.EXE

Sounds like a detection in a Restore point.Turn off restore to flush all previous restore points.Next restart System restore and do afresh scan with whatever.

HTH:)
