  1. Hi Staff, I've asked this before w/o a response back. I download your virus definitions weekly and they are always close to 200 MB in length. I am on a limited data plan and try to limit my net usage as much as possible. Do/can you provide a way to receive incremental updates instead of the full data base? Even MS defender does that, approx.2-3 MB. This is a post in your forum from over 10 yrs ago... Wish it starts from the next upcoming version We don't have a specific time period for incremental updates, but it's on the wish list! I guess wishes don't come true here.
  2. I have a known EXE virus/trojan, that I submitted via the Submission Tool. This was months ago. I tested with SAS, and it does not detect it yet. I tried submitting 1-2 more times - nothing. Also, the Submission Tool does not allow us to add any comments/text. Maybe you should add that option. Your competitors detect and remove this trojan EXE file just fine. Any suggestions how I can get this trojan EXE added to your SAS definitions? EDIT: It is this one: http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Threat/Encyclopedia/Entry.aspx?name=Trojan%3aWin32%2fBocinex.E&threatid=2147666203#techdetails_link Goes with EXE name of main.exe or svhost.exe (maybe others too).
