  1. What time(s) does SUPERAntiSpyware Professional push its daily virus definition update(s)? Some history I used to receive those Definition Update Failed messages upon system boot up. Using that Force Update executable to update, everything was fine. When unchecking the Auto Update box...i could update manually with impunity. I then configured Program/Definition to update throughout the day...everything still fine. That is why I would like to know the "optimal" times to update...less checking...staying current. Again I could auto update but I would get that Definition Update Failed message, upon boot-up.
  2. Hi, Just recently my SuperAntiSpyware is having issues with automatically updating to the latest definitions. I noticed it's been a few versions old. When I tried pressing on the update definition buttonfrom the UI, It will download the definition and starts to decompress but afterward it will return with the following errors below: Authenticating Connection --Complete Checking for Definition Updates - Complete Downloading Updates - Complete Decomplressing Definitions- Failed Definitions Update ERROR-- Failed Failed to Load Rule Set-- Failed Manually downloading the definition and installing works. It's just the auto updater and from UI button that doesn't. thanks
