  1. I have yet to get a successful scan since I upgraded a system to Windows 10. Version 6.0.1228, Database 13157 I crashes EVERY TIME during each scan. Help? Also running latest version of Avast, but I haven't had any problems with that.

I recently switch my computers security suite to Bitdefender Total Security 2016, I immediately had issues with it and some minor system glitches, since I have been using super antispyware for 4 years now but with other security suites I knew it had to be bitdefender so after talking with bitdefender support techs and others I had to remove superantispyware and I was then able to repair bitdefender and all is working fine. is there any known issues or was superantispyware tested with bitdefender because now I have a lifetime key that I am unable to use unless you have a work around for this issue or know what the compatibility issue is.
  3. SUPERAntiSpyware has encountered an unexpected error. I have a client who bought the pro version and on his laptop when doing a scheduled scan either on quick or complete scan it gives him this error every scan. If you start it up manually like it was the free version it runs and finishes. When it crashes it won't let you send the report after putting in your email. The check in zips is unchecked. What else could be the problem? He has this on his office computer as well and it finishes the scheduled scans, but, his laptop does not.
