As I ask this question I also ask for everyone to keep an open mind to it, PLEASE..... When it comes to all the problems that can make our computer less secure, compromised, or completely inoperable, by the hands /minds of evil doers, How do we trust?. We need to have the people, software, and the ability to trust one another to ask for help. To come together, and stay safe online. I like many others, who try to work on not just understanding the problem, but the solution. If it is only by my asking and applying the advice of a experienced User here online, I consider myself most grateful for the experience of teacher whoever it may be that answers my post honestly and efficiently. Because I want to believe that everyone that offers their help and/or suggestions toward any of the many software programs that are out there, that are recommended to help in solving or directing me toward a solution. These are people of good will. My gratitude along with my most humble and sincere Thank you should suffice. Donations and upgrades should also apply. Seemingly though, an offer to help someone at no expense may just be more honest than those that take control of computers remotely and do charge you. Who KNOWS what they are capable of doing while in control of your computer??? The help that that is given on websites like here on SAS, seem far better now a days, then the vague help of Microsoft IT Professional websites. At least here I can find the reviews of the experienced user, as well as how many of their experiences have been posted for others to see as well. Satisfaction of reviews in Q&A are also here on this website, which are so useful. We must continue to count on one another for the tools we need, software like SAS, as well as the trusting experiences from the Users that recommend them. So Thank you to all of those that do help..... for all the problems and infections you help to solve. The reality is that no one really has to help someone else, yet they do.....I feel grateful and very fortunate for their recommendations as well as their experiences.
