finally got around to running it again. heres everything.

every time i go to quarantine and delete, my comp shuts down. it goes to a blue screen and says the following. "stop: c000021a {fatal system error} the windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status....(screen cuts it off) ......0x00000000 (0x00000000 0x00000000) the system has been shut down" i then have to manually shut down the comp by holding the on/off button. reboots fine after that. same error numerous times.
