  1. Hi rickh68: Not sure if this will help or not, you can give it a try, as I have my uac disabled and have not tried this idea with this spicific program. Using windows explorer, go to the SuperAntiSpyware directory and look for the file called SuperAntiSpyware.exe Right click on that file and click on properties. Look for the run this program as administrator. It should be under the tab, compatibility, that is where mine is at. Hope this helps. sOulbAit
  2. I am not sure about the install problem. But you said the System Restore does not work either. I have also had problems with the System Restore. I was able to do a system restore in safe mode. You may want to try that, if you have not done so already. Hope this helps. sOulbAit
  3. Thanks seth: That is what I ment. Glad you cought that. Have a great day. sOulbAit
  4. Hi destrukt: I am a user of SuperAntiSpyware. Here is an idea I have used a few times and it has helped me with the problem you are having. First I check my msconfig file on the system tab and a lot of mine are stopped also. You may not have a problem there. Second on your device manager I have had yellow check marks also in the past. The way I corrected them was to right click on the yellow checked marked item and delete it. Then do a reboot and when it boots up, if the driver is on your computer, the ones you deleted will try to reinstall again. It has worked for me. sOulbAit
  5. Hi Guys: Just a thought: Have you ever thought of combining websites for SuperAntiSpyware and SuperAdBlocker? I see you have the forums combined already and may bring the SuperAdBlocker program over to this site also. Maybe use a common name for the site to bring both users to the same place. Just an idea. Have a great weekend Guys. Yall are fantastic. sOulbAit
  6. Thanks you so much for the quick response. Yall are great. sOulbAit
  7. Hi Guys: Me again. While working on my problem with SUPERAdBlocker (latest Version), I came up with some errors on my SUPERAntiSpyware. Looking in the event viewer I noticed the following errors after starting SUPERAntiSpyware (latest version): \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASKUTIL.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver. The SASKUTIL service failed to start due to the following error: This driver has been blocked from loading \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASDIFSV.SYS has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver. The SASDIFSV service failed to start due to the following error: This driver has been blocked from loading \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASENUM.SYS has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver. The SASENUM service failed to start due to the following error: This driver has been blocked from loading \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\SUPERAntiSpyware\SASKUTIL.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver. The SASKUTIL service failed to start due to the following error: This driver has been blocked from loading These are the error logs I get, durning startup of SAS. All times match. I do not have this problem on my laptop, only my desktop. The only diffrence is the desktop is 64 bit and the laptop is 32. Both are Windows 7, Internet explorer 8 and I try to keep all the sam programs on each of the computers. Also running in Admin mode, UAC I have turned off. The SAS icon is showing in the lower right corner of the screen and I do not get any on-screen warnings that says this program had problems, other then the ones that I can find in the event viewer. Looks like it is working perfectly, but the event logs say otherwise. Is this program working? or is it I think it is working and it is really not. Thanks Guys and if you need any other info, please feel free to let me know. Have a great day sOulbAit
  8. Hi Guys: Thank you very very much for the link to the new SuperAdBlocker. I downloaded the new SuperAdBlocker and the uninstall program. Ran the uninstall program and rebooted. Installed the new SuperAdBlocker and all went well. Added my code and registered it. I am now testing it to see how it goes... So far all is working perfect. Glad to see that you took out the SuperAntiSpyware out of it. Now it is a smaller and more efficient program. Hats off to you on this great program. One thing I saw for the first time was my Norton Internet Security 2010, it popped up with a screen and said, I was one of the first Norton Internet Security users to install this program. It recomended me to wait untill other have tried it. hehehhehehehe Thanks again for releasing this program. This is one program I can not live without. Yall are super. Thanks sOulbAit

  10. Hi TonyDee: Here is how I remove a license when I want to put it on a new computer and take it off the one I am giveing away. Open your control panel: Under the control panel, click on Prefernces, then click on help, then you will see: Transfer Product License. When you click on it, that will remove the license from your product and credit it back to the original account. Then to reregister with the other license just enter the new number for the registration process. Hope this helps. sOulbAit
  11. HI Guys: Any link to the public pre-release yet: Thanks Guys. Yall are the best. sOulbAit
  12. I just found this in an above post: If you are having problems uninstalling, please use our SUPERAntiSpyware Uninstallation Assistant here: https://www.superantispyware.com/downloads/SASUNINST.EXE Maybe this is a better way to go. sOulbAit
  13. Hi Sajuuk Khar: Here is a problem I had with SuperAdBlocker, I installed windows 7 and found out the SuperAdBlocker would not work. I tried to uninstall it and it would not uninstall. I sent a message to SuperAdBlocker and they sent me a file I could run that did uninstall it from the registery. You may want to to do the same with SuperAntiSpyware, (same company) and they may be able to send you an uninstall program you can run in safe mode. Also you may want to try this, It has worked for me before on other programs. Start your computer in safe mode, Then reinstall SuperAdSpyware on top of the old one. After it has installed, then do a uninstall and it should remove all SuperAdSpyware files. Windows 7 has just a little diffrent file association location of files. I am not a SuperAdAware employee, I am just a common SuperAdAware user trying to help. Hope this works for you. sOulbAit
  14. Thank you so much for the info. Please let me know where I can get the prerelease if possible. Thanks again, Yall are the best. sOulbAit
  15. Thanks guys for the feedback. I went and installed the trial version of Ad Muncher and it seems to be pretty good. I am a little dissapointed with SuperAdBlocker as I bought 3 liences for three computers and now I can not use it on any of the three. Now that they have windows 7 on them. SuperAdBlocker, I know you say you are working on a new release, but can you please tell me when it will be out, or if you have discontinued it. If it is no longer going to be updated, I will put my money out for Ad Muncher, but I do not want to spend my money if you truly are going to release a new version. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE GOING TO RELEASE A NEW VERSION. Thank you very much. sOulbAit
  16. Hi Guys: Just checking to see if a new release of SuperAdBlocker will be coming out before Windows 7 is released? I still have Vista and running Internet Explorer 7 just so I can keep using the current SuperAdBlocker 4.6. (This is the best program out there for blocking ads). I was also thinking about getting the new Gateway laptop with Windows 7. I will not buy it until there is a new compatable version of SuperAdBlocker. Thanks guys and keep up the fantastic work. sOulbAit
  17. Ok a new version of NIS 2009 update 16.7.2.11 has been released again. The new version is just as bad as the old one. It is not compatable with SuperAntiSpyware. Same symtoms. Hope this can be worked out between the two programs. Had to use the SAS uninstall tool to remove your program. The normal uninstall would not remove it. Thanks for reading. sOulbAit
  18. We all have. Please come out with an update. Please Please Please. We need it bad. sOulbAit
  19. Ok here is what I did: Norton does not like there new upgrade, (NIS 16.7xxx) so they pulled it. A new version will be released in about 2 weeks. I downloaded the Norton uninstall program and uninstalled my NIS 209. After removal it will do a reboot on completion of rebooting, internet explorer will take you to there download site. Just down load the latest version of NIS, it will be 16.5xxxx. Reinstall NIS and you will have the latest version minus there upgrade they pulled. You can do your updates and it will NOT put the NIS 16.7xxx back in. It will stay 16.5xxx I then reinstalled SuperAntiSpyware and all works great again. NO RIGHT CLICK PROBLEMS. Yaaaaaaa Thanks sOulbAit
  20. I want to add one more comment about my above log. I was also having problems with facebook - Twitter - Yahoo - etc. loosing my auto loggins. I had to keep typeing in my name and password each time I came back. Now with superantispyware removed. It is now remembering me when I go back to Facebook - Twitter - Yahoo - etc. This all started at the same time as the right click problem. Thanks again. sOulbAit
  21. I was having the same problem (right click locking up diffrent programs - windows explorer - start menu - even rightclicking superantispyware icon in the icon tray) . I had to use your use your uninstall program to remove superantispyware (as the normal uninstall program would not uninstall superantispyware). After uninstalling and then rebooting all my right clicks now work. I also am using norton internet security 2009. Please post here when you have this problem fixed, so I can download the latest version of superantispyware. I hate to run my computer without your program installed. Thanks. sOulbAit
  22. Any new info being kicked around on this? Thanks sOulbAit
  23. A bad day WITH Internet Explorer 7 and SuperAdBlocker is better then a good day with Internet Explorer 8 WITHOUT SuperAdBlocker. I just keep uninstalling Internet Explorer 8 after trying it out and going back to Internet Explorer 7, just so I can keep SuperAdBlocker working to keep the crapware and Ads from poping up everywhere. SuperAdBlocker is the best program you can get for a better surfing exspearance on the web. Keep up the fantastic job guys !!! sOulbAit
  24. I got a feeling it is really close to being released.
  25. Any update info on the SuperAdBlocker release date? Thanks sOulbAit
