  1. Hello. First thing you may try is changing SAS installer file name. Change it to random name e.g asdkafa Then try to install again. If not working, contact to https://www.superantispyware.com/csrcreateticket.html They will require a little scan and when it's done, they can indicate problem.
  2. You can remove this infection with MBAM http://malwarebytes.org/mbam.php SAS will update database for this detection soon.
  3. Do view paths you need to click on "+" on every item. Have you tried do scan on safe mode?

  5. Hello! If you open that Rogue antispyware and try to buy it, then can you locate that page and send it to samples[at]superantispyware.com. (DO NOT BUY THIS FAKE ANTISPYWARE!) Also, try updating SAS, because newest database is 3750 (core)

  8. Hello Try scanning in safe mode. They might be not dangerous if there is no file with them. Like virus.exe in desktop which uses these registry entries.
  9. Please download Icesword from here http://www.antirootkit.com/software/IceSword.htm Extract this .zip file and start Icesword. On the left you will see File. If you press on it, find C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\UQABYWIU.INI and choose right click on file and "force delete" Do scan with SAS again and see if it still finds it. PS: Before starting Icesword, close your running antispyware/antiviruses and firewall. Otherwise there will be some conflicts.

  12. I'm not sure if it helps, but download Ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com Install it (be careful at installing) and then run it. Go to registry and scan for errors. Now, when scan done, save backup (it will ask for it) and fix registry. After reboot, try to run QB again.

  15. Hello. Can you tell us, what detection you see every time when you need to reboot. Is it same all the time?

When you open that ballon (fake popup) and IE will pop up internet site, can you send that page to samples AT superantispyware.com By doing that, they will get sample for that rogue antivirus/spyware. As from your diagnostic report, I think they will update database tomorrow. If you see tomorrow newer database, try perform quick scan and see if it detects anything.

  18. I think you are not the only one Open SAS, move to Quarantine-click several times on + and you will see the path of this trojan file.
  19. One thing I wanna see in V5 is "proactive" Keylogger defender. Like Zemana, FireLion antikeyloggers are. They proactively defense users against keyloggers. That is "must to be" in great Anti-Spyware product.

  22. Did you ran full scan with SAS? Go to preferences and then Help and submit report(Click here to submit...)
