  1. Hello. First thing you may try is changing SAS installer file name. Change it to random name e.g asdkafa Then try to install again. If not working, contact to https://www.superantispyware.com/csrcreateticket.html They will require a little scan and when it's done, they can indicate problem.
  2. You can remove this infection with MBAM http://malwarebytes.org/mbam.php SAS will update database for this detection soon.
  3. Do view paths you need to click on "+" on every item. Have you tried do scan on safe mode?
  4. Can you post a screenshot of a detected items (+ paths)
  5. Hello! If you open that Rogue antispyware and try to buy it, then can you locate that page and send it to samples[at]superantispyware.com. (DO NOT BUY THIS FAKE ANTISPYWARE!) Also, try updating SAS, because newest database is 3750 (core)
  6. Download and run Combofix http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe After combofix finished, post log here (upload to www.speedyshare.com and share link)
  7. Welcome to SAS forums! Yes, there is. You must belong to the Malware Hunters group to view this forum - this is for the protection of our users so people don't infect themselves by clicking an infected link. You can join there but if you are not malware hunter, then you are "useless"
  8. Hello Try scanning in safe mode. They might be not dangerous if there is no file with them. Like virus.exe in desktop which uses these registry entries.
  9. Please download Icesword from here http://www.antirootkit.com/software/IceSword.htm Extract this .zip file and start Icesword. On the left you will see File. If you press on it, find C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\UQABYWIU.INI and choose right click on file and "force delete" Do scan with SAS again and see if it still finds it. PS: Before starting Icesword, close your running antispyware/antiviruses and firewall. Otherwise there will be some conflicts.
  10. Did Superantispyware remove it? Scan in safe mode. http://www.superadblocker.com/bootsafe.html Use this if you dont know how to go there.
  11. http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?sh ... ntry678326 Create AVZ log for me.
  12. I'm not sure if it helps, but download Ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com Install it (be careful at installing) and then run it. Go to registry and scan for errors. Now, when scan done, save backup (it will ask for it) and fix registry. After reboot, try to run QB again.
  13. http://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/S ... Tool.shtml Try to repair registry and so on with this tool.
  14. No security software can detect 100% of threats. Please send those files to samples at superantispyware.com (at=@)
