I've seen this malware Vista AntiVirus 2008 come up on a couple computers and I've scanned using a few programs including SAS and the computer still gets annoying pop-ups in IE. I'm guessing it's still there. Any suggestions?

yes i am using that version.

c:/windows/system32/dumprep hangs, and ive waited like 10 mins...and still nothing. any idea?
