  1. Lately after using my computer for updating SUPERAntispyware and other programs I am having a problem when trying to shutdown my computer. I get the message box that SUPERAntispyware programs is busy or not responding. I am not running this program at the time that it does it. It then gives me the choices END NOW or CANCEL. If I click on END NOW it does shut down o.k. but I don't feel that I should have to do this each and everytime. Is there something that I can do to make it stop this behavior......If I should uninstall and then reinstall or anything is there any special clean tools or uninstall tools to use before reinstalling. Thanks for your help
  2. More information for above. I have noticed that my firewall allows both and thru the firewall.
  3. When trying to logout I keep getting a message that SUPERANTISPYWARE is unable to close because it is locked? What does this mean and how do I correct the problem. I have 4.1.1046 version on a Windows XP sp3
  4. I have been having trouble with this newest version of SUPERANTISPYWARE 4.1.1046. Everytime I try to check for updates I get the following message. There was an error trying to retrieve definitions. Make sure your firewall is not blocking SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE from accessing the Internet. I have checked the LIVE ONE CARE firewall and it doesn't show any problems with blocking anything for SUPERANTISPYWARE. What do I need to do to get this to work right. Everything worked just fine before using this program until yesterday. I have Windows XP sp3. XP sp3 was just upgraded yesterday also.
