no the ad from mobiswing pop up is still popping up

I used to get a pop up ad that had ad from mobiswing as the title upon start up since using superantispyware and also the Norton antivirus internet protection suite it has stopped coming up at start up BUT it will still come up some time after you have turned it on. anything i can do? cheers
