  1. Thank you both for your help. Unfortunately, nothing has solved the problem. I have ended up uninstalling SAS and replacing it with AVG anti spyware, which so far, seems to be working OK. Thanks for your time......much appreciated.
  2. Hi All, I have been a user of SAS for about 2 months now, and have been very pleased with the product. However for about a week now I haven't been able to update. Every time I try to update, the program freezes, and I have to use the Task Manager to "kill" it. I also have KIS 7, and SAS is in the firewall's "allowed"list. As I said up until now every thing has been running very smoothly, can't understand why this problem has ocurred. I would be very grateful for any help on this. Thanks in advance.
