  1. Just before purchasing SAS, I had a question which was answered within 7 minutes at nighttime. I was impressed.
  2. If you have SAS Professional, by default, it'll automatically check for updates every 8 hours. Otherwise, you can always manually check for updates by clicking the button on the bottom left corner of the SAS main menu.
  3. Do you have any symptoms of spyware? If not, why are you pissed off that Superantispyware doesn't detect anything harmful? It's a good sign when your security apps don't detect anything and you know nothing strange is happening on your PC. If you want to see Superantispyware in action, go visit porn, gambling, and warez sites. Click every ad, and download everything...
  4. I'm a fan of both products (SAS more ), but this test is really meaningless because as you said, it was a "basic" test.
  5. Very soon When is very soon?
  6. It says "* Discounted purchases are only allowed to be run on a single computer."
  7. I've noticed that too. 8. Very soon I'm guessing it will coincide with the release of v4.0?
  9. On another forum, someone was infected with a rogue antivirus which paid versions of SpySweeper and XoftSpy couldn't remove. I suggested SUPERAntiSpyware and it did the job!
  10. Maybe Superantispyware.com can whip up some banners/buttons for fans of the product to help promote? Unfortunately for the users like myself, I don't have the knowledge nor talent to create them
  11. The program needs to be running in order to use it. You can set it to start up when Windows start, and it'll be sitting in the system tray.
  12. I believe the answer you're looking for is in here.
  13. I was stuck in safe mode too after using BootSafe. Luckily, I found Bootsafe.exe in the Superantispyware folder and accessed it from there.
  14. Don, Go to your Program Files\SuperAntispyware folder and run the Bootsafe.exe from there.
  15. When I clicked the link to the blog on the homepage, it redirects to http://scanner.malwarealarm.com/5/scan.php which proceeds to do a "scan" and claims to have found trojans? I've never noticed that link before.
