  1. No, there's a saying: If it ain't broken don't fix it.
  2. xpsunny: You just got owned. Please stop the discussion of yours, it's embarrasing. You just make a fool out of yourself.
  3. What should they else have responded? It's the only good respond.
  4. None of yet. But they are looking for people who can translate to other languages. So it will come soon.
  5. Ha. Like a king on a chair. Anyways, great to see that you - SAS team - will add the variant today. Keep up the great work, and GOOD support.
  6. Well, you have asked the question several times. How many answers do you need? Can't you read? As stated, if you have a sample that SAS does not detect, please send it to them. And everyone else is happy with SAS' support. Maybe there's something with you? Been thinking of that? I hope they wont with your attitude.
  7. Now I'm a little concerned if he is serious or not. Jokes and irony doesn't really work on the internet.
  8. I think he was trying to make a funny comment. "please change the bug icon in the system tray.. it really bugs me." Or maybe not. It can just be me who are wrong. Nevermind.
  9. You think? Can you really imagine the SAS team writing suggestions on a A4 paper?
  10. Ok, good! No problem, I'm just glad I can help. Keep up the good work.
  11. Hi. The copyright on the splash screen says 2006-2007. Is this a mistake? Because inside the program, under "Preferences->Help" is says 2004-2008. I just wanted to let you know, in case it was a mistake. If not, then just ignore this post.
  12. The SAS team, is as stated before, concentrated on spyware removal, and not the look of the GUI. They also want the GUI to be as simple as possible.
  13. Why is it yours problem? It's Trend Micro who is detecting a false positive, and then it's their own problem. God, why be so difficult to work with - just listen and remove the false positive.
  14. I guess you have a long list now?

Edit: I read to fast. I apologize.
  16. Hi! I had some .RAR files/folders, which I wanted to scan for malware, but SUPERAntiSpyware did not scan inside the archive. Will you make it do that in the future? I know some software which unpack and scans for instance .ZIP files, but SUPERAntiSpyware does not. Thank you.
  17. I never had to reboot when SAS is finding cookies. Or, I had to do it in previous versions, but not in version 4.0.
  18. Ok, it was a typing mistake with the PC World. I ment PC Mag. And I did also write that they tested version 3.7 and not 3.9. EVEN if the test came out in early February.
  19. Well, since you are going to try SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition, it doesn't matter if you install ten more antispywareprograms. So to try SpywareBlaster at the same time, should work and not cause any problems. SpywareBlaster is a good software, but you don't need so many security products. You already have two antispyware programs, this including SUPERAntiSpyware, and this is enough.
  20. SUPERAntiSpyware has no compatibility issues together with the remaining security software. And when you uninstall SUPERAntisSpyware everything will be removed. And I have never had any issues with uninstalling SUPERAntiSpyware. I have never heard anyone else have had problems either. I hope you will enjoy this good software. It's absolutly worth a try.
  21. Hi, I've seen in a PC World article that SUPERAntiSpyware detected zero keyloggers. Are you going to implent detection for keyloggers in the future? I know it's been some question about this before, but I couldn't find them right now. URL: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,2255857,00.asp A little thing I think was bad by PC World. It looks like they have been testing SAS version 3.7 and this is what they have to say about it: SUPERAntiSpyware costs the same as the top standalone antispyware product yet doesn't remove malware as well, and it's worse at protecting a clean system. It's nimble and doesn't hog resources, but it has to get tougher against the bad guys. Tougher agains the bad guys? Ok? SUPERAntiSpyware detect and removes spyware much better than it's competitors. It sonds like they didn't like SAS from the beginning.
  22. Hi. Do you have a statistics on how many times SuperAntiSpyware, both free and pro, has been downloaded since it's release? Do you also have a list how many times it has been downloaded like in 2006 compared to 2007? Or if you do not have any statistics on that, maybe how many users you have? IMO, this is interesting to know.
