  1. Try to send an email to Nick containing the email of that lifetime license. He replied to me quickly and fix the issue...
  2. So you are against open source?
  3. Probably because the user could be the child/employee that isn't supposed to be aware of it's presence, much less able to choose whether to allow it or not. And an option to enable/disable this type of alerts!?
  4. Why not show an alert about it, and let the user choose?
  5. Nick, Do you will implement incremental updates? Regards
  6. Nick, Can you enable the context menu scan when SAS is not open?
  7. That will be more than amazing!!! I will love it for sure...
  8. I have found that with Kaspersky and Ewido(AVG 7.5 ASW) when they are configured for ondemand use only then the rightclick context scan is disabled until the software is started. I think SAS is doing the *norm* with reguards this I don't know about KAV, but with ewido or the AVG AS appears on context menu while running or not... avast!, NOD32, AntiVir and almost that have this feature, and make more sense this way...

  10. Nick, Why not have the on-demand right-click on Explorer when not running SAS, like other programs do? Thanks
  11. The best Anti-Spyware!!! Only dumbs can say the opposite... Keep your excellent work, Nick and your team

  13. Hi Nick, After using the real-time feature for some time I have to say that I'm impressed with the improvements that you made on the lasts versions... Now it makes the same job but use much less CPU! I would like to suggest you to split the real-time scanner from the rest of the application, to avoid to use a lot of useless RAM... Currently it use 31,3MB. Keep the excellent work! Best Regards, VC
  14. I agree with that... This kind of shield is very good to prevent threats, but you should work hard to try to detect and remove all the current dangerous malware... Keep the excellent work.
  15. If you add it as an option, the user can decide...
  16. Thanks for the info... When we start a program is normal that SAS use some CPU by checking it, but when we don't do nothing... The other items that you related, are system files and/or registry entries? What do you think about having an additional protection for advanced/expert users, like SpywareTerminator have with its great Realtime Shield that alert you about changes in important system areas...?
  17. After use SAP Pro Real-Time Protection, I have a few things that I would like to discuss with you: - The scanner should have the technology to not scan the files already scanned, by Real-Time scanner, will not be scanned again unless they have changed, the virus signature database has been updated or some other conditions have been fulfilled. Something implemented in NOD32 or like the iChecker and iSwift technologies of Kaspersky (http://www.kaspersky.com/faq?chapter=18 ... =186010624) - The Real-Time scanner also use CPU every 2 seconds, maybe to check the registry. Why not just listen the preventions keys, and when something is trying to be added or removed, check it and if is necessary, ask the user? - Why not have an executable for the on-demand scanner and settings, and other executable for the Real-Time Scanner, to prevent useless memory?
  18. OK I understand your point... Regards
  19. Hi Nick, Can you put, on this forum, a roadmap for the next versions of SAS Pro and Free? Best Regards
