  1. We are in the process of updating the site with a new stand-alone application that will not depend on the browser.
  2. The FileResearchCenter is a FREE service we provide our users. It's a courtesy service. Firefox has done a horrible job at providing backwards support for plugins, thus each time a new version comes out we have to literally re-write our plugins. We are in the process of creating a browser independent application (no longer a plugin) that will be available after the first of the year. FYI, Internet Explorer (greater than 60%-70% of the market) does work with no problem. As far as your comment "let's give them hell people, just don't stand aside and let it slide" - why don't you show some respect that us software developers provide tremendous services FREE of charge to the end users such as yourself - this costs us real time and real money to produce, maintain and create. Maybe we (as a software development community) should all just remove our free products and you can pay for everything? Thankfully there are plenty of people that do appreciate what we do so we aren't put in that position as we enjoy providing services to help our end-users free of charge!

The Quick Scan "quickly" scans the file system, registry, memory, etc. The Critcal Point Scan checks about 50 (or more) "critical points" in the system so you can "check" the system in under 1 minute and do a full scan if items are found. It's meant to be a "sanity check" if you feel your system is doing something "odd" or "weird".

  9. Can you post your lastest scan log from SUPERAntiSpyware so we can see that you are running the latest version? There should be no conflicts.

  11. Pre-Releases have and always be available here: https://www.superantispyware.com/prerelease.html Typically we like to have our fellow "rocket scientists" test as pre-releases are usually aimed at the tech crowd.
  12. SUPERAntiSpyware has NATIVE 32-bit and NATIVE 64-bit applications in the SUPERSetup Installation Package. There is one single package.

  14. Some of the files missed were new droppers, we add those as fast as we find them. Who knows exactly what the threats were.
  15. It's always been that way since the new definitions are pre-packaged - that shows when new definitions were downloaded, not checked for.
  16. Siliconman01 - if you see above "we'll be posting new install packages shorty." - we did not post new installers to resolve THIS issue yet, we fixed and posted the new one for other issue - this one will be posted later today. I'll update this thread when those are posted.

  19. We don't e-mail when you send an error report. If you are receiving help here, please don't open new support requests at the same time that causes double the work - do you wish us to assist you here or in the ticket system?
  20. When does the error occur? What other software (security based) is installed?
  21. You submitted the ticket on the SUPERAdBlocker site at 2:15AM on Saturday night. The ticket was answered today explaining to submit the ticket on the SUPERAntiSpyware site. Software updates occur at least once per month, sometimes more. Your firewall may be blocking the update checking, or you may have turned off updates. Error reports for older versions of the software are sent an automated response to update the software, I am not sure why you didn't receive that, it may have been blocked by your spam/junk mail folder.
