  1. My issues (long runtimes) have been resolved!! The SAS Support team provided the following: 1. If you don't have your registration code....please first contact Support to retrieve it....then 2. I would recommend an uninstall and a fresh reinstallation To uninstall, please view our updated handy guide: https://www.superantispyware.com/supportfaqdisplay.html?faq=47 You can download and install from the SUPERAntiSpyware Professional installer linked below: http://cdn.superantispyware.com/SUPERAntiSpywarePro.exe During the installation process you will be prompted to re-enter your registration code Once I had done these steps....my software has been updated and my lifetime subscription is working great! But....I would bounce off SAS Support personally first. HTH
