  1. Yes. OK, PM sent. By the way, here is the VirusTotal analysis of the file: https://www.virustotal.com/file/db78bf724bd259e4ffc38a9d279fe7d98002fe4501312492439ac0c32f47e856/analysis/1356183112/
  2. ??? Any reply, please? I can supply the EXE file, if necessary.
  3. What version of Windows are you on? Do you use AVG now? Did you have AVG but uninstalled it? The AVG Toolbar is easy to remove, see here: http://www.avg.com/w...5200%23num-5200 Note that you need to use IE to remove it ---> Open Internet Explorer (even if your main browser is Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome). EDIT: Also, the AVG Toolbar is NOT malware or a virus! Also, your English is bad - very hard to understand what you say/suggest there. What do you mean by "not able to put three letters in your search bar"??
  4. I have a known EXE virus/trojan, that I submitted via the Submission Tool. This was months ago. I tested with SAS, and it does not detect it yet. I tried submitting 1-2 more times - nothing. Also, the Submission Tool does not allow us to add any comments/text. Maybe you should add that option. Your competitors detect and remove this trojan EXE file just fine. Any suggestions how I can get this trojan EXE added to your SAS definitions? EDIT: It is this one: http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Threat/Encyclopedia/Entry.aspx?name=Trojan%3aWin32%2fBocinex.E&threatid=2147666203#techdetails_link Goes with EXE name of main.exe or svhost.exe (maybe others too).
  5. Thank you, it works! Maybe this should be added to your FAQ for others to have it handy, if they experience this issue.
  6. Why does SAS clean cookies so slowly on my PC? I have: Windows 7 64-bit, Ultimate, SP1 + all updates installed. Fast SSD main drive, 360 GB Corsair. 16 GBs of DDR3 RAM. Fast Intel Core i7 CPU. Google Chrome as main web browser. Very often I get 10-20-30+ minutes cleaning time, for just 100-200-250 cookies. Is this normal? Is something wrong? The scan time is very fast, usually under 2-3 minutes. It is the cleaning time that troubles me.
  7. This is not acceptable. Running SAS on Windows 7 64-bit. Main drive is a Corsair SSD, 360 GBs. Using Google Chrome as the web browser, with some IE cookies too (Eudora email, which I use uses IE internally). You should include a Total Running time - which would include both Scanning AND Cleaning time. I had several scans, where the Scan time is OK - under 2-3 minutes, but Cleaning time was more than 20 or even 30 minutes! If you need more info on my system, please tell me. Thanks.
