  1. Hello, Thanks for your help. I'm sure I checked the textboxes but, for some reason, I was able to delete them in the fourth scan! Anyway, I really appreciate the explanation, a great help. Thanks a lot!
  2. Hello, I'm running Windows XP. I have scanned three times using SAS and I keep getting the same four entries: PUP.CNETInstaller PUP.SoftonicDownloader Heur.Agent/Gen-WhiteBox PUP.Adinstaller Are they viruses or any harmful software? They seem to be deleted but they reappear every time I reboot and scan my machine. I would really appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks.
  3. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help. Your solution worked. I don't have the "System.BrokenFileAssociation" entry anymore.
  4. Hello, Everytime I scan usin SAS I get an entry called "System.BrokenFileAssociation", which contains another entry underneath called "HKCR\.exe". I delete both of them but they come back again. Searching in the forum, I found that using "exefix_vista.reg" (I'm running Windows Vista) would fix the error, but I downloaded it and run it but did not work. I would really appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks.
  5. Hi everyone, I got infected with MyWebSearch and cannot get rid of using SuperAntiSpyware. I run SuperAntiSpyware and it finds a MyWay.MyWebSearch entry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. It seems it deletes the entry, but, when I reboot, I run SuperAntiSpyware again and that MyWay.MyWebSearch entry is still there!! I've tried to delete this MyWay.MyWebSearch entry, using SuperAntiSpyware, at least four times but it is still there everytime I run SuperAntiSpyware. I also tried to delete the entry manually. It desappeas, but it's back again when I reboot! Please, I would really appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks a lot.
