Still no success. The program still only creates a generic shortcut, and when I open it the error message reads, "Unable to locate SUPERAntiSpyware program files", but the program files have been installed. The SUPERAntiSpyware.exe file does not get installed! However, some of the other applications do e.g. SAScore, SAStask.

Hi ezekial52787. Tried the suggestions, no success. There is only the alternate start icon (RUNSAS), but I get the error message, "Unable to locate SUPERAntispyware program files" when I try to open it. Any further suggestions?

After installing SUPERAntispyware, a "shortcut" is placed on the desktop- but it is a generic icon. When double-clicked, an error message reads: Missing shortcut. To locate the missing shortcut click Browse..." I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. Don't know what to do, please advise. Thanks
