    Is UNLOCKERDRIVER5 a false positive?

Dear Roy, In order to check if this is a false positive, I need to know if you have "Unlocker" installed on your computer. All The Best, Security Guru

    updating the forums

Dear ezekial52787, I think that's a great suggestion! I'm not an employee myself but if there were more employees browsing the forms, I think it would be much better. Try contacting SUPERAntiSpyware about this at http://www.superantispyware.com/contact.html. All The Best, Security Guru

    can't see the new def.

Dear rd52, I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered this problem! To view update information online, you can visit http://www.superantispyware.com/definitions.html. When version 5.0.1128 was released, they must've changed around some of the "settings" which required you to have to be on an admin account to view the defs. Let me know if this helps! SAS Pro Scan Schedule Problem & Forum Search Problem

Dear genegold, Sounds like an interesting problem you've got here! Here are some solutions that I think might help: 1) Restart your computer and then change your Schedule settings to the way you want them. 2) Un-Install SUPERAntiSpyware then Restart Your Computer. Then Re-Installer SUPERAntiSpyware from http://www.superantispyware.com/index.html. 3) If none of these suggestions work, try contacting the SUPERAntiSpyware Support Team at http://www.superantispyware.com/contact.html. All The Best, Security Guru
