  1. Dear Roy, In order to check if this is a false positive, I need to know if you have "Unlocker" installed on your computer. All The Best, Security Guru
  2. Dear ccwtech, I'm so glad you and your customers like SUPERAntiSpyware!! I'm not an employee myself but I use it on my computer as well and love having it! 3. is helping SUPERAntiSpyware users!

  4. Dear ezekial52787, I think that's a great suggestion! I'm not an employee myself but if there were more employees browsing the forms, I think it would be much better. Try contacting SUPERAntiSpyware about this at https://www.superantispyware.com/contact.html. All The Best, Security Guru
  5. Dear rd52, I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered this problem! To view update information online, you can visit https://www.superantispyware.com/definitions.html. When version 5.0.1128 was released, they must've changed around some of the "settings" which required you to have to be on an admin account to view the defs. Let me know if this helps! All The Best, Security Guru
  6. Dear genegold, Sounds like an interesting problem you've got here! Here are some solutions that I think might help: 1) Restart your computer and then change your Schedule settings to the way you want them. 2) Un-Install SUPERAntiSpyware then Restart Your Computer. Then Re-Installer SUPERAntiSpyware from https://www.superantispyware.com/index.html. 3) If none of these suggestions work, try contacting the SUPERAntiSpyware Support Team at https://www.superantispyware.com/contact.html. All The Best, Security Guru
