  1. I am having the same problem. Although the administrator says the problem has been corrected, every time I run a scan it says "broken file extension." Is this anything that should concern me?

  3. I have run three scans in a row after doing updates and not going on the Internet and keep getting same result. I can only assume that this program is not doing its job. Scan logs attached - 3 in a row. If anyone has a suggestion or comment, I would love to hear it.
