  1. Well I think SUPERantispyware should do bettter with cookie scans say for a example you decide to do a custom scan then you select cookies and they only usually take 3 seconds but It doesn't scan for all your cookies only for a couple.
  2. Once uninstalled you need to delete everything on your computer that deals with SUPERantispyware then after that try downloading it again.....
  3. I guess trying to reuse your serial code.
  4. Okay I understand that you have a problem using Superantispyware. Well i recommend downloading the free version of where you have to install if the malware tends to block it try renaming the installer to like something.exe or internethey.exe. Now it should be resolved. if it isnt try downloading avast that can be downloaded from here: http://download.cnet.com/Avast-Free-Antivirus/3000-2239_4-10019223.html?tag=mncol Than avast should resolve the problem. if it doesnt remove it try combofix which can be downloaded from here: http://www.combofix.org/ then this should do the job.... if it doesnt fix the issue. please dont hesitate to reply....
  5. Yeah same here I just got 1.46 from updating it. Then superantispyware no matter what i scan the first thing to pop up is disable task manager..
  6. well Try renaming the installers names then try installing them if that doesnt work try downloading SAS portable onto your computer then put it on a usb drive then put it on the infected computer... If the rouge keeps on blocking it try ending the process tree in task manager then that should do the trick and i hoped i helped........
  7. Well I decided to do a custom scan for cookies then It said it found a infected registry key saying that the task manager is disabled when its not Here is the scanner log:SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log Also Im running SAS pro lifetime.... https://www.superantispyware.com Generated 04/29/2010 at 10:45 PM Application Version : 4.36.1006 Core Rules Database Version : 4870 Trace Rules Database Version: 2682 Scan type : Custom Scan Total Scan Time : 00:00:09 Memory items scanned : 0 Memory threats detected : 0 Registry items scanned : 0 Registry threats detected : 1 File items scanned : 0 File threats detected : 0 System.TaskManagerDisabled HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System#DisableTaskMgr I also reported it for false positive but it still detects it...
  8. Well im thinking about calling my isp and have them help me set it up I would think thats the best idea for now.
  9. Well lately I been trying to put a password on my router so my neighbors cant get on it. But each time i put a password my other labtop cant connect to the internet please help me Im tired of my internet being used by other people. ("I dont like free loaders")
  10. What did the flash update do??
  11. That wasn't my reply but Im kinda confused what happens when i uninstall the free but installed the pro and the code doesnt work because it has already been used..
  12. I just renamed the shortcut that was just the problem...
  13. I highly dont think that this is a false positive. Because usually some spyware are just random numbers and letters.
  14. OK If MBAM didn't work try spywareblaster that can be downloaded from here: http://download.cnet.com/SpywareBlaster/3000-8022_4-10196637.html?tag=mncol and if that doesnt work I will still help you just give me your email then I will glad to help you out untill this is fixed=)
