  1. The FileResearchCenter is a free service we provide in addition to SUPERAntiSpyware. Firefox 3 is a horrible system to support for developers - they have maintained ZERO backward support, unlike Microsoft which doesn't break everything each version. It's very frustrating to have to re-invent the wheel each time they do a release with no decent documentation and horribly commented code. As the director of our development, I place higher priority on zero-day threats than Firefox 3. We are working on the support - but must protect our users from ACTUAL threats that are coming out daily.


    Been well over 2 years now and still no solution. I say if you are not going to get it fixed, then get the darned thing off your program??????? What does everyone else think?????? You are showing something available that is not at all available and looks like it never well so it is time to get it off your site......

    Let's give them hell people, just don't stand aside and let it slide.

  2. SAS Pro stopped working saying application error while attempting to scan my computer. I tried it two times and both times got the same message that SAS had stopped working.

    How do I fix this.

    I have Vista 64 bit with all updates.

    I had a problem a few weeks ago saying my subscription had expired even though I have a lifetime subscription and I had to reinstall it.




  3. I have Prog vs 4.39.1002 Core 5283 Trace 3095 def updated 9:28 PM 7/28/10

    Only problem is I have tried complete scan and I get the message that Antispyware has stopped working. Asks if I want to have windows to check for a solution. I answer yes and nothimng happens.

    I have lifetime key and if this is not the latest version, I don't know why I am not either notified or have the updated vs downloaded and installed automatically.

    Please advise how I can get this to perform a scan like it should?

    I have Vista 64 bit latest IE and Firebox browser and Firefox is set as my default. All windows and IE updates are up to date.

    I guess I posted on wrong forum. I have Super AntiSpyware Blocker Professional 4.34.1000 Core 5087 Trace 2899 6/18/2010. I have searched and can't find how to contact them anywhere.

    Can you help guide me to correct support?


  5. I purchased the lifetime subscription per invoice 20091027-00185296 10/27/09. My key worked but later I got message that my 1 year subscription had expired even thogh I purchased the lifetime subscription at the same time that I purchased the 1 year because I could get it at the 9.95 price which made the entire purchase 9.95 for 1 year plus 9.95 for lifetime.

    I am again getting the error message saying my 1 year subscription has expired. I try to reactivate it with the key that was given me and it works but comes right back later with expired message.

    What is wrong with this and why does my subscription keep diverting back to the 1 year option even though I purchased the lifetime subscription.

    This is beginning to upset me.


  6. I keep getting message notification about a new update. It says to click on the link below. When I click on it, I get a message that says something to the effect that I have to have adm. privilages. I am the administrator. How can I handle this?
