I am proficient in tech support, I have done volunteer tech support for AVG Anti-virus, and have even been recommended by some of their employees. I am also quite knowledgeable in safe browsing habits, computer security applications, and different sorts of malware/viruses/spyware. I do my best to help those that need it with their computers.
