Im Clean? But what do I do next ? - Bad Image Error -

I am very happy with SAS,it cleaned my computer which had a "Personal Antivirus" on my computer which as I understand is a rogue anti-spyware program. PERFECT !!!

But Now What ????
When my computer was infected I was unable to open any program, msconfig or Task manager, now that my computer came out clean after I updated the DB definitions and ran AVG, and Malware Bytes just to double check, evey time open a program, or run the Task Manager the next error pops :

Bad Image - The application or DLL C:/WINDOWS/system32/vizamemu.dll is not a valid Windows Image. Please check this against your installation diskette. [only option is to press OK].

I already ran CCLEANER which cleaned my Registry...

But still have the problem, What should I Do ???

CCleaner should have cleaned that up- that's a empty (no file) link in the registry.
