Have you tried reinstalling SAS?

Are the other settings being retained?

Also, once you set up the scheduled scan, close SAS from the system tray and that should retain the settings.

Thx Seth. What did work was setting everything up and then closing out normally and then closing out of system tray. Thx for that last tip.

I am too but with sas real time protection turned off.
