I was hoping that someone, ANYONE, at this company can read this message and reply and resolve our problem. Back in July 2010 we purchased 9 licenses but our Reseller Control Panel only showed that one license had been purchased. We contacted Mike Duncan about the problem and he researched it and replied that it was due to a flaw in their carts. Mike offered to refund our purchases and sell us the licenses at wholesale which we agreed to. Trouble is we were never issued a refund for our initial purchase. We have been emailing every superantispyware.com email address we could find (Mike Duncan, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, Bailie Bennett) and our repeated attempts to get this resolved are either ignored or we are told that "We have sent a check to you long ago, I am not sure why you have not cashed it.". We've submitted multiple Customer Support Requests only to get ignored. We even suggested that instead of a cash refund that we be given some licenses in exchange but yet again we were ignored.
Our next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau:
