They are likely harmless leftover registry entries, if you aren't sure you can create a support ticket at superantispyware.com/csr

Hello Sawa,
This is Lisa with Mindspark Interactive Network Customer Support. Mindspark are the publishers of the toolbar.
What you may be experiencing is the result of an incomplete uninstall. This can happen when you try using third party software to uninstall our software from your computer. Such software "uninstallers" frequently leave behind artifacts or cause ancillary problems. In your case, it sounds like there is still an active component on your system generating the registry value.
The only recommended way to uninstall is by using our own onboard uninstaller. This may sound strange, but the easiest way to fix this would be to re-install the toolbar (e.g. go to the location where you installed the toolbar and download the toolbar again), and then uninstall using the control panel. That should clean up any artifacts left behind.
Please note that you will continue to see the toolbar until you close and reopen all instances of your Web browser.
If you are unable to reinstall/uninstall, then either post your log entry here or email us at customercare [at] help.mindspark.com or visit our support site at: http://support.mindspark.com/
All the best,
Lisa S.
